Relay Weekend (June 7-8) is fast approaching, and that means it is time for Team Captains to Register for your Team Campsite! A "Campsite" is what we call the small plot of land (128 x 120) that your team will have access to over Relay Weekend! Each Team Captain needs to submit the form below in order to reserve your team's campsite. The campsite is your team's designated home for Relay Weekend. Your team will have approximately two weeks to build and decorate your space that creatively merges your team's identity and your interpretation of the current Relay event theme. Our 2025 theme is "The Magic of Hope"
Every registered team is eligible to claim a campsite along the Relay track.
Standard Campsite - A 128 x 120 parcel (128m along the Relay track). Each team has a 3,000 Land Impact allowance.
Turnkey campsite - A "pre-designed" parcel with smaller designated spaces for multiple teams within the overall site. Each team has a 200 prim allotment to add to their space.
Team Captains will need to actively submit the Campsite Reservation form in order to reserve your campsite. Reservation deadline is May 30, 2025. If you miss the deadline, you can still request space for your team on one of our Turnkey sites (pending availability) by asking MamaP Beerbaum.
